Plastic Bag or Hard Case?

The plastic bag version is the best choice for compact kits, go-bags and buying in bulk for classes. If you want extra protection for a mask that will live in a car or backpack for years, choose our hard-case version. Replacement one-way valves are also available.

How to Use a CPR Mask

1. Call 911 and start CPR with chest compressions.
2. Attach the one-way valve to the mask.
3. Place the narrow end over the bridge of the nose and the wide end between the lower lip and chin.
4. Hold the mask firmly to seal it and tilt the head back to open the airway.
5. Give each breath over about 1 second, just enough to make the chest rise.

Can this CPR mask be used on adults and children?

The mask is sized for adults and can also be used on children. For infants, a dedicated infant mask gives a better seal.

Is it reusable?

After use on a real patient, replace the mask and valve. In training, give each student their own mask or follow your training program’s cleaning instructions.

What is the difference between the bag and hard case versions?

Both give the same protection. The bag version is lighter, smaller and cheaper in bulk. The hard case protects the mask better during long-term storage.
